On the morning of August 26, 2025, a delegation led by Director Li Lei of the Bayannur Investment Promotion Bureau paid a dedicated visit to our company for cooperation and inspection. Our Deputy General Manager of the Sorting Division, Mr. Li Chao, and Executive Deputy General Manager, Ms. Yao Ben Yalijuan, warmly received the delegation. Although Anhui and Inner Mongolia are geographically far apart, they share a clear feature of complementary advantages and overlapping potential on the track of high‑quality development. This was not the first exchange. As early as late July, the two sides had already conducted preliminary discussions on cooperation directions. The August 26 inspection marked a critical step from “intention communication” to “practical implementation”. “The cooperation between Bayannur Investment Promotion Bureau and our company is not a simple resource swap,” Director Li emphasized. “It is a deep grafting of technology and resources – aligning WeiSong’s innovation with Bayannur’s industrial capacity in resonance.”

The delegation arrived at our company at 10:00 a.m. and began the core part of the research. Led by Deputy General Manager of Sorting Division Li Chao and Executive Deputy General Manager Yao Ben Yalijuan, the delegation toured our R&D center and product showroom. They closely observed the iterative development process of intelligent equipment and listened in detail to the technical team’s reports on “distributed computing system optimization” and “scenario‑based applications of intelligent equipment”.

From breakthroughs in core algorithms to market‑proven case studies, from product performance advantages to industry trends, the delegation members frequently stopped to ask questions. They spoke highly of our company’s philosophy of “leading the industry with technology and driving development with innovation”.

During the meeting, Director Li Lei elaborated on Bayannur’s investment environment and industrial potential: “We have abundant green electricity resources, a vast agricultural market, and sound supporting industrial policies. What we need most now is technology‑oriented enterprises like WeiSong Optoelectronics to ‘reinforce and strengthen the industry chain’.” He clearly stated his hope that this inspection would serve as a starting point to precisely align Bayannur’s resource advantages with WeiSong’s technological strengths, exploring cooperation models such as “intelligent equipment + distributed computing + industrial services.”

Mr. Li Chao (Deputy General Manager, Sorting Division) and Ms. Yao Ben Yalijuan (Executive Deputy General Manager) then proposed specific cooperation ideas based on the company’s capabilities: “Our intelligent equipment can adapt to the production and processing needs of the agriculture industry, and our computing technology can also support the digital upgrade of Bayannur’s large‑scale agriculture. Ms. Sun Chun, Vice President and Secretary General of Anhui Women Entrepreneurs Association, and Ms. Li Xiaoying, Deputy Secretary General of Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce in Anhui, also expressed their commitment during the symposium. They will fully leverage their platforms as bridges to assist the two sides in matching resources, coordinating issues, and providing “one‑stop services” for cooperation implementation.

Key Consensus Reached: Next Meeting in Hefei, September 2025

At the conclusion of the symposium, the two sides reached an important consensus – they agreed to meet again in Hefei during the golden autumn of September 2025. At that time, the Bayannur Investment Promotion Bureau will invite relevant enterprises and industry associations to participate, further refining the cooperation plan and promoting the simultaneous implementation of “technology matching, project negotiation, and talent exchange.”

“Today’s exchange is not an end, but a new beginning for cross‑regional cooperation between Anhui and Inner Mongolia,” said Director Li Lei as he departed. “Bayannur will welcome WeiSong Optoelectronics with the best business environment and the most practical support policies to invest and develop here.”
